WaterWerks is the first manufacturer to introduce a vichy shower that is sleek in design and incorporates oxygenated shower heads on the VaVoom. We are the only manufacturer that uses all stainless steel and brass components in our manufacturing. There are no plastic or enamel used in our working internal parts. We are also the only manufacturer to offer a 5 year warranty on all of our products. Some may say they have a long warranty but in the fine print it will say that each individual part is covered by that manufacturer and is limited to a one year warranty.
Every January, a current distributor price list is created and sent to all of our “Authorized” distributors. If you need a copy, please contact us.
Fill out the distributor application and you will be contacted within 48 hours of receipt to discuss your application and approval. We typically look for distributors who are already marketing spa equipment of all types to the professional spa industry.
All orders are shipped under pre-paid terms. Any order placed is not officially accepted until payment has been received.
Orders that are received along with payment in-full typically take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks depending on the time of year and availability of raw materials. Because our products are custom made to our specifications, lead times on raw materials can take some time. It is always best to contact us and ask what current lead times are on any particular item.
Yes.
Our showers come in custom foam packed packages as well as in wooden crates.
We really prefer not to work with this policy. There have been some major issues that ultimately frustrate the distributor which is the last thing we want to do.
For those distributors who have been with us for a while can attest, this does not happen very often. But, we are not perfect and like any piece of equipment, they can have trouble. When this does happen contact us immediately and we will work within the scope of our written warranty.
